Did you ever do anything with your house? Now that they're lowering rates, prices are going up even more. The banks insist you should buy what you can afford. Lower rates mean you can afford more house while the same supply exists, meanings houses especially like mine are going up (middle class). I decided screw it, I'm hanging on. I'm in at 7.75%, how long would you wait to refinance?

<Yeah, if it had been run a year ago, it might have actually helped some folks>. Absolutely! The show is simply a reaction to the Nasdaq sell-off looking for scapegoats (this time they found the right goats though) but I think it can still help folks. Don't forget that the DOW is within a few hundred points of its all time high. I just don't think that the sheep can let go of the casino. I'm looking forward how these CNBS personalities handle a broad and sustained bear market. I hope I don't have to listen to them calling "the bottom" for 10 years. I guess I can just turn em' off but I'm drawn to it like a car crash. I'm pretty sure Pisani would end up in a sanitarium.
