Sounds to me like there is broad latitude for what could be included. There are plenty of non-religious charities that could have been focused on- to fund religious charities seems to me unnecessarily divisive. There are bound to be firefights among the denominations- there will be issues about who is getting the most funding. I am sure there will be abuses that I hope the "liberal" media will chronicle in great detail. I can't wait for the trouble to start.
