He's about to sign a $650k/year lease on office space at the Carnagie office building in Manhattan. All for the taxpayer to pick up. This is about double the going rate in Manhattan... Nothing but the best for Clint and his staff of 2 or three...(he gets $150k/year for a staff) Looks like he's still relishing "feeling our pain"... Jim

Pete, It is you and your PC types that take the separation to extremes. Not wanting a church office in the White House is extreme? I thought that was one of the basic tenets of the separation of church and state. Since you did not seem to be scared at all with Clinton/Gore (they disgusted the military enough that officers and enlisted men were leaving in droves (too much overuse)), you simply hate the fact that you are not used to having conservatives in all branches of government. Military personnel are leaving in droves because of Clinton and Gore?....because they were being overused? Where do you get this stuff from now? This is an example of not getting at the facts but setting something up so that it fits your ideology/bias..... The policies of tax and tax till it hurts are over. The out and out corruption is at an end. It has just begun....you need to go back and read how GWB conducted business before he ran for office. The practical ones are now at the helm rather than the idealogues. Many of these cabinet posts are now run by people who care about doing a good job over idealogy. This is where I can tell you that you have no idea what you are talking about.....D. Shalala, a Clinton cabinet member, was my professor senior year, second semester. I have never seen an 8 o'clock as full as hers was...and everyone was a second semester senior. She was by far the best professor I have had both as a grad and undergrad. If she had an ideology, it was to do the very best job she could....and I am sure she did as a cabinet member. You conservatives are so full of anger, its turned to sh*t. Get over it....cause you are only getting 4 years to screw things up. ted
