a) Considering the source of the rumor (Yahoo message board) I do not believe I need to say anything else.

b) LSI has $1 billion cash sitting in the bank with very little debt (if any). Based on that alone a premium of about $20 above the current price is simply ridiculous.

c) Why would LSI shareholders (including its board) be interested in even considering selling the Company so low when they are predicting a long term sustainable 40%+ growth for their business once the economy slow down is over.

d) Why on earth, heaven (or for that matter hell) are we even discussing this idiotic rumor anyway? I am doing it because right now I have absolutely nothing better to do!
