Rumor could be a signal to potential suitors to start the bidding. I have seen that before. But of course we all know most rumors of this type turn out to be nothing. What would prompt wilf to sell in any case?

As Don Corleone (or somebody like that) would say it -- you can make anybody sell anything provided you pay the right price. However, in Corrigan's case, I think that would be difficult. The only way would be a hostile takeover, which wouldn't bother me a bit, of course! <g>

As for Wilf, even if he is ousted, he has 2 or 3 mansions to live in, and can eat, rest, travel and enjoy in luxury for the rest of his life. I could get used to something like that!
