idiot needs help. got interested in the pgo call option idea but have never done it. just looked and the pgohu, august $7.50 call, is $2.30. i take it 1) that a contract allows you to control 100 shares, and 2) that the $3.20 price means that at a present $9/sh price you are actually only going to see a profit if the price by august goes to 9+3.20, or $12.20/sh. have i got it? sounds expensive. looks like the seller of the call has about a 40% premium already built into the price, so if the stock appreciates anything less than that you are a loser. still got it? thanks much, don
