*yawn* my only trade today was a short of BRCM at 120. This little piggie is so predictable.

Playing with POOTS is almost pointless in this stock, I don't feel the need to pay those insane premiums and unless the stock goes to 5000 per share i'm not going to get a margin call. Just ride it down to zero..

Only trouble is waiting for my broker to "find" 10k shares for borrowing in less than 30 minutes.

I am waiting for Intel to roll over. I consider its bounce as comical and I'll be there when it faces reality.

Intel would be my number one candidate for total, complete, utter balance sheet implosion.

Any company that has its investor relations department call up all the ANALysts covering the stock and bully them into lumping investment gains of $2.3 BILLION for a single quarter into the operating income column, well, they will get repayed with a little TL & EV. Remember, LNUX can't be dumped for $150 and RHAT for $100 anymore, and that is their business.

That said, I don't toy with the semi's much anymore after my near disaster of being on the wrong side in the summer.

Allan:

I love days like this. Covered several positions already for solid profits. (g)

If they bounce anything tomorrow, I will just thwack them again. Al can't act for at least a few weeks, and in that time span, we may see a bunch of selling. Many folk bought expecting a big rally and they didn't get one, so the disappointment is almost palpable.

Best, Earlie
