The thing you are neglecting is that fundamentals are now disintegrating at many cos. It is more than just a "Fed" story.

Message 15277098 You may have missed my post! Now could you tell me what did you read in what Chambers had to say about slow January? Was it to prepare the share-holders for slower first Q or just general caution? My own reading was that CSCO will hit their numbers, for the Q ending Feb. 2001. However, they may give guidance to a lower ravenue/growth for the 1st and maybe 2nd Q 2001! When we have a zero pil how can they grow, I wonder! BTW did you see this interview
