I don't know if AMD has released the exact difference between the two, but the "enhanced" version will also support changing the voltage level in addition to the clock of the "standard edition". This is per an interview with Drew Prairie (sp?) and I believe that was mentioned in either the analyst meeting or possibly in one of the quarterly CC. How many steps and the other details I haven't seen.
