Some details of the VirtuaHammer (x86-64 emulation) from c't heise.de It's 100 times faster than the old emulation which was according to c't extremely slow. The new emulator can boot Linux in 4 minutes with a 1.1 GHz Athlon. And the new beta 1.2 supports SSE and SSE2. At the end of February you can buy a one year license of VirtuaHammer for either Linux or Windows NT for $4,995. If you want a full emulation of Sledgehammers SMP capabilities you'll need the professionell version for $25,000. Andreas
