flats, I smell maximum political posturing. Republicans sense a chance to pin this whole mess on Davis and the demos, I suspect, and gain revenge at the polls in 2002.

I read recent interview with former Rep. Governor Pete Wilson who still sees himself as a "visionary" in re: to "dereg" even as it falling apart before his very eyes...talk about denial...Sheesh

I wished I had saved it. Gray and the Dems. might need it to remind everyone just who was responsible for this debacle.

I too have followed the pit bull on steroids story. Californidiots would have bought a story blaming blackouts and brownouts for the mutt's behavior but perfume?
