That does not follow. People argue. It is possible that one side of the argument is wrong.

It is also possible for both sides to be right and both to be wrong, for different reasons and to different degrees. That is why we have courts. An external agent (the proxy of the Society where you live) determines the truth or false nature of the claim. In a country of laws, would it be a crime to leave the country (even if it was legal there) and have an abortion? If so, who has jurisdiction and what would the "crime" be?
