This window will slam shut on Nokia completely, if QC signs some type of a deal with anyone who has the GSM stack to offer

Why hasn't some Nokia wanna-be with GSM stacks done this already? Is there a GSM patent-pool defection clause whereby the traitor loses some Hagfish ration?

Ramsey,

In light of your exchange with Webster, Jorma's VP decided to answer your quest and did some cheerleading efforts to carriers in Taiwan. :-)

ctech.com.tw (In Chinese)

GSM coverage will be even stronger with AT&T Wireless joining in. He hoped Latin America's TDMA carriers will be joining in later.

LaoDeng. Your turn again. :-)
