Eric,

Good article. I don't know if you noticed another one, I believe in NY Times, saying that Bush is not going to continue the band-aid strategy. Rather than give more money to Pentagon that is right now on autopilot, in a state of confusion, Bush (and the rest of the team) are going to first develop a strategy and priorities for next few years, and fund Pentagon based on these priorities.
