Mike, I think we have just fallen into the tank on the equipment leasing and related cos. due to the collapse of the internet host cos. such as USIX and Exodus. However, this has been somewhat offset by lower rates helping more traditional equipment leasers. Though I am not a big buyer, yet, I see some opportunities in the survivors. Right now, the survivors will be taking a more realistic look at costs and fees.
