Would it be revelation to you if I say that terminology
"consensual sex" as well as "women rights" was invented in Europe apr. in 18 century.

E, the thing I don't understand is WHY the governments of the World don't provide this for their own citizens? WHY is the US government expected to be everywhere, for everyone? And then to be critized for being there......WHY?

E I have no reason to doubt from your words that you are far more an expert in practice in the ways of spreading aids and my words on the culture come from a report that I had read. But I also know the foolishness of thinking that a dribble or lack of a dribble of funding has anything to do with the spreading of aids in this culture of open and free sex beyond anything that the boys of San Francisco ever dreamed of in the heyday of sexual abandon that created the critical mass of aids infected individuals needed to sustain a growing epidemic that crossed mostly to poor drug addicted heterosexuals.

Abstinence is the cure there and the cure here and that is not going to happen. Clean decent people have little likelyhood of contracting aids. With the current understanding of the causes the epidemic in this country, aids is confined predominately to those who are to dumb or careless. Those living a high risk life style. A condom machine every ten feet everywhere in the world would have no effect on the current vectors in the spread of aids.

At the rate that aids may reduce populations in these Saharan areas, those who are not infected will prosper and prosperity creates family planning.

This is the hard cruel way of nature. Funding for family planning will in no way have any effect. Education on the disease and medical aid for those afflicted is arguably a more compassionate and common sense approach.

<<Second. I lived in sub-Sarahan Africa for five years<<

Folks-- E makes things up to make her points. Facts that she cannot back up.

We argued if the authors of the UN Charter (Alger Hiss was one) were Communists (i.e. athiests) and she said Communists were not athiests (????). Then she had the gall to say her uncle or something knew Hiss and he was a Christian.

ROFLMAO!

Oh sure E lived in Africa-- prove it...

The question about whether or not you have personal experience with Africans is irrelevant. What is relevant is that those of us who are against the use of abortion as a method of contraception do not wish for our tax dollars to be spent on any counseling that advises abortion as an alternative.

We do not argue for an end to abortion only in cases where it is convenient to do so. We are steadfast in our position of zero tolerance for the trampling of the rights of the unborn.

Who are you, and who is anyone else for that matter, to say that an unborn child should be sucked out of the womb just because it may be an AIDS baby (or a baby with Downs Syndrome, or some other problem)? Who are you to look down at your nose at people who will not support using our tax dollars for this purpose?

It is very apparent to me that the pro-convenience crowd likes to present solutions to problems after the consequences have manifested, rather than to really work to deal with the root cause.

Fortunately for us, our mothers "chose" to keep their unborn babies alive.
