hi patricia i must say that i don't know anything about lotus approach, so advising along those lines would be unproductive. i'd say that if shutz2000 isn't working, for whatever reason, you should just remove it and move on to the other numerous shutdown solution suggestions. as i recall, thread members did provide you with more than a few of those. <g3> keep us posted. sorry i can't help with lotus approach. :) mark

.ZIP files... The .ZIP file you downloaded is compressed. You must expand it before installing it. If you don't have ZIP software, you can download what you need. I use this company's product. pkware.com If your system doesn't have compression software, you probably have no associations set for .ZIP file extensions. Why Approach gets asked to take a peek is a mystery. Could be Approach gets handed all the 'ODD' work? Cheers, PW. P.S.
