They all live on the edge of being "Run-Over".... I do not expect the tanks to rumble forward, but the threat of war to remain in the air. The people must be frightened of war and want a tuff soldier for the fight...! Perhaps the holy cities should be put under the rule of religious leaders like the Vatican is, and just for prayer and move out the commerce...?
