After a day on the water a fisherman named Santiago is walking from the pier carrying two fish in a bucket. He is approached by Porky, the Game Warden, who asks him for his fishing license. Santiago says to the Warden, " I don't need a license. I did not catch these fish, they are my pets. Every day I come down to the water and release them for a swim. After they've had enough exercise, I rap 7 times on the pier and they swim back into the bucket." Porky, not believing him, reminds him that it is illegal to fish without a license, and a hefty fine is levied for illegally fishing. The fisherman turns to the warden and says, " If you don't believe me then watch," as he throws the fish back into the water. The warden says, "Now rap 7 times to your fish and show me that they will come back to you." Santiago turns to Porky and says, "What fish?"
