What! The motley fool is jumping ship?
Next to Bill Harmond those clowns were the biggest hypers Amzn ever had!
Btw>9:53 (Dow Jones) Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN) calls the latest report from Lehman
Brothers' analyst Ravi Suria "silly and chock full of errors." Amazon spokesman
Bill Curry reiterated Amazon's previous statements that the online retailer has
plenty of cash to pay its bills and reach operating profitability by the end of
the 2001. Curry also said Amazon's current assets grew faster year-over-year
than current liabilities. "At the end of the day, it's cash that pays the
piper, not accounting metrics," Curry said. (RS)

yup; And I am sad to see etoys go. It was a good site and the prices were right.

Pity the thought of actually paying the development, production + distribution costs of all these goods that I buy all the time! I want to keep paying 85 cents for a one dollar item!!
