JAPG, Judith, and all, It seems to me that JAPG's NEE should be included in the examination of a network. Part of a physical network's sustained competitive advantage and thus its increasing value lies in the extent to which it has the potential to improve once it is virtually complete. Similarly, the value of a non-physical network (or whatever we ultimately agree to call it) will be affected by the ability to add value to users once the market is saturated. --Mike Buckley
