Agreed, CSCO will bounce. Overly negative vibes tend to make for irrational selling and shorting at the bottom.
Miss by one penny and they're willing to dump after a 50% drop already. They forget CSCO will has 48% growth and might not slow down much at all. Second half might even bring acceleration again.

Never ever use market orders to buy anything !!!! :_}
If you feel strong one way or another buy or sell pre-market with a limit. But the best thing is to wait until the stock trades a bit to see the market reaction and support resistance levels that get hit in the first 30 to 60 minutes. I have done nothing with CSCO this morning ,I will probably not trade it until the last hour of the day .
