My real time data shows that at a price of 39 1/2 NTAP p/e is 185.

With all due respect, your thinking is flawed. The market will not support that kind of multiple on story that is as well known as NTAP's is, not to mention a story with some real or perceived holes in it. The market doesn't give two hoots what NTAP has traded at historically. Furthermore, not until CSCO stabilizes and finds a valuation that the market is comfortable with, will the likes of NTAP and it's still high valuation be able to move forward.
