Have you ever tried the recipe with left over baked potatoes?

And are you saying DO or DON'T cut the potatoes on the bias?

BTW, what is the significance of Pittsburgh and catsup?

I just found out last year while doing genealogy research that I have a lot of family in Pennsylvania. Went to a family reunion in Pittman, a couple of hundred people were there, none of whom were more closely related than four or five generations away - my branch of the family moved west in the 1880's - and many of the people there were Pennsylvania Dutch! The food was very plain, but hearty.
