I read and hear that this is now, more than ever before, being called the age of "post Christianity." I have watched the hundreds of posts that fill the thread that your link referred me to. They say that a little knowledge is dangerous. I agree. The thread is filled with people of intelligence and also large egoes. They are intelligent but only know the basics of the Bible. Just enough to br dangerous to themselves and others with weak wills anxious to believe that we crawled out of the primordal ooze and became a man through evolution. In 4000 years of recorded history, a duck has stayed a duck and a fly a fly. They haven't transmuted or even grown longer legs or bigger wings. As a matter of fact, no living thing on the earth has ever changed in the slightest degree in recorded history. The Old Testament was about a people that were not developed emotionally or rationally save the prophets who God chose and gave power from His Spirit. These people were under the "Law" that God gave Moses for their eventual good although at the time it was hard to an undeveloped nation who were superstitious and unlearned. The New Testament is just what it says. A New way of serving God through His Son, Jesus. I wish that I could magically give you what God's Word has given me over the years. His "Grace" is a beautiful thing to come upon a person. I have seen many examples of it over the years in my own life and the lives of others. Amazing grace, how sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me. I once was lost but now am found, was chained but now am free! God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit. Thank you for your grace that sets men free. Santiago
