American,

Do you think Cisco can make it back to $40 again this spring? That's where I bought it. TIA.

I just wonder about the ironic rule that when everyone is most bearish that is the best strong buy signal you can get. And vice versa.

I've posted this to you before. Investor's Intelligence is at it's highest bullish level since 1987. I have no idea where you're getting this that everyone is extremely bearish, that couldn't be farther from the truth. This board is not representative of true market sentiment.

Another gauge I follow closely is commitment of traders. The commercials are still holding a record net short position in the S&P 500. The commercials are almost never wrong. The other side of these trades, the little guy, they always get screwed.

Does anyone else find it ironic that the commercials have had a record net short position in the S&P all last year, while at the same time out of 5000 reco's only 29 were sells? Who's f*cking who?
