I know that and I also know p/e's are higher when the market is toppy.

TA, you've called a bottom in JDSU 3-5 times a day for the last several weeks. You're not implying there hasn't been any risk to owning JDSU recently are you???? How about we ask those that bought JDSU at $60+ a few weeks ago about risk.

As for buying stocks when PE's are high and selling when they're low, that applies to cyclicals with earnings like GM and Ford, not high techs.
