Eric,
The significance of the article lies in the fact that Com Dev has a system ready to deploy and thinks they can launch Q'1 "02". It really doesn't matter if they test in my back yard.

6 months ago it was an announcement with no financing or equipment.

BTW, I think I know a place in San Diego where Alpine could get some financing for this type of project. If I recall correctly, there's 2 billion lying around.
