More problems with the new FABS? Which is this time, deposition problems 'cause they can't get copper into those deep trenches or are they having trouble etching them at .13, again?

Maybe committing to those high aspect ratios on their very first attempt at copper wasn't such a good idea, after all.

But I'm sure they're getting at least one good die out of every couple of wafers.

Is Q1 2002 looking like the earliest there'll be any real volume from the new process? Or is even that looking kind of iffy at this point?
