Chicklette plays Clarinet.....at 11 she can blend the notes and take a song from start to finish....If I could only get her to do it more than once a month...... I regret never learning to play.....but I suspect my daughter will be starting my lessons any day now... I enjoy all blues........only straight jazz leaves me wanting more.....I often wonder how a jazz band can remember the flow of the piece .....some seem not to have any direction....wonder how they write the music and decide when it's finished.
