We (humans) have an almost infinite capacity to rationalize any evil we can imagine, and we use Freedom and Reason to do it. I infer from your post that you think human cloning is evil. If that's so, would you share with us your reasoning? Karen

You rightly pointed out the inconsistency of Karin's position, but you failed to see how it was fatal to your own as well. I don't know that Karen's position is inconsistent. Mine is not. I agree with your assessment of the pro-abortionist failure to come to grips with the fact that every abortion ends a human life Now you're being cute. A human fingernail is human life: It is not a human person. Abortion ends life. So does every breath you take, and every step you take. You kill 24 hours a day--even while you dream peacefully of the moral perfection of Hell and Heaven. If God does not exist then you are back to just your say so, as against mine I did not hear your God speaking for you against Goebbels. I would have. You have failed to demonstrate why we should be Free to kill an unborn child simply because it is dependent on the mother for it's existence. Because you are free to give away your own possessions. You kill and violate far more sentient life on a daily basis than an embryo; But I guess they don't have an adequate lobby group of their own kind. "Moo, oink, and bark" don't carry much weight without a signed cheque. Once again, I am not addressing the morality of abortion. I believe the morality exists in degrees on both sides of zero. I tell thee, Greg: If I was forced to submit to an absolute human tyrant OR your God--and I had a choice...who do you think I would choose??
