That is not accurate. But I will play. Why would society need to accede to your claims? You are ONE person; Probably less than 7 feet tall.

If society consisted of only you and me, you could claim till the gander left you the goose--but your "rights" would not evolve from your claims--they would be (at best) a mutual consensus. Or do you think that rights exist apart from our agreement??
