ICA: Has been doing pretty good since Jan.21 It should close above the Jan. H today. The upside volume has been increasing for the past week. The book value reportedly is around 9.6 but the "current ratio" 0.96 <g> The insiders reportedly hold 52 % and institutions have been buying lately.Presently trading at 1.98 +13.14% (Intra-day H 2.10)on volume of 382,300 with B/A 680/20 at present The NASDAQ and the DOW continue on their down course.
