Yes. The Deferred Revenue account would be debited and Revenue will be credited.

PCJ, the Deferred Revenue is from leasing and also from maintenance contracts, where revenue is recognized as it is billed on a monthly basis, though contracted on an annual basis. That was discussed in the cc.
