Jon- I never said anything about 5 de-listed stocks being ok. Your point about the 5 large cap stocks is a good one, although not entirely applicable since BRK.A is not really a stock, but a MF (but under the rules counts as a stock so it's a moot pt). But anyway, even then I don't think someone that picks JDSU, INTC, QCOM, and MSFT and watches them double should win if BRK.A fell sharply. Their portfolio would be down. A stock picking contest shouldn't allow a winner that lost money to win. It is as simple as that. It's not about how much money you make, it's about percentages. If your basket of stocks gains the highest percentage you win. That is the way it should be and that is the way that SI portfolio tracker calculates it. Simple as that. IMO.

PS. Not that I care anymore. After MCOM's disaster I am no longer even in the green. :-(
