Chris, satan is certainly not the son of perdition
and was a person you hit the nail on the head. The Bible
tells who the "beast" and the "antichrist" was.

He was plainly a person of the times in which Christ lived..

Santiago

><>...Good evening Chris...><>

Hope you are doing well.

Chris you asked:
Now is that statement the word of God or the word of shalom?

Chris, even a blind man...literally and figuratively, can see that it was only I who documented directly from the word of God... to illustrate who the son of perdition is!

Not you, not Santiago, and not gregg, gave even one iota of scripture to defend your beliefs.!~

Not only did none of you even attempt to reference one scripture, but you all turned a stubbornly blind eye to the scriptures which I presented that do document the one and only ....son of perdition.!It is apparent that the traditions of man have got a tight hold on all of you.
Not one of you refuted even one scripture that I supplied.... with any other scripture to the contrary.!

None of you seem up to the task of searching out and documenting exactly what you believe... why you believe it.!

It is the mark of the modern day church body that many/most of its members seem quite satisfied to hear and repeat. The best they can do.... to document any of what they are taught, is to quote what their ....teacher... has told them, or in the alternative, talk in depth about some book of man and its author. A terribly sad, but true state of the church...... and to make matters all the worse, that fact will be the downfall of the church.
Even an expert dilettante is a curse to the church, and God forbid he should attempt to teach the most holy word of God!

satan is the son of perdition and the word of God bears that out!!

And the following statement of yours is also without any merit, not only without merit but, carelessly dangerous.

On the other hand Jesus once told a group of people, that they do what their father the devil does.
Spiritually speaking that certainly nominates them as sons of perdition.

John 8 is a most remarkable writing and those who have ears to hear and eyes to see will be truly awakened and blessed without measure by it...as it reveals the key of David!...which only the church of Philadelphia and Smyrna do possess, and not because it was given to them, no never, but solely because they worked diligently to seek it out.

Our Lord Jesus was here on this earth 33 short but glorious years, 3 of those years were dedicated to teaching and warning all who would listen. And still more than 2000 yrs.later, this world is filled with empty words.

O that men would truly seek the Lord Jesus Christ in word and truth!

Heed these my brother, the words of our Lord:
I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

Shalom...><>
