<<If you are not a stockholder then you are not looking at opportunity. >>

Right, Arthur. That's what the folks on the Priceline.com board said when I showed up there when PCLN was at $79. They were in denial. And the Avanex folks said what you just did when I started posting there with AVNX at $115. They were in deinal.

And now I am here. And you are in denial. GE is going down.

<<Matrix management can handling tremendous overload of workload. >>

Arthur, that is pure consultantese, and in typical style for consultants, grammatically incorrect.

<<Subsidiaries probably will not be slashed too much. >>

anything not aircraft will be slashed 100%; vast majority of Hon is non-aircraft. Again, GE vastly overpaid. "Mr. Welch" is an egotiscal fool.

<<Some small subsidiaries probably will be sold to their management, which is Mr. Welch's style of management. >>

" Mr. Welch " will not be selling some of those co's to anybody, becuase they are grounded ducks, not soaring eagles. And their own mgrs would not go anywhere near putting their own money into them. "quack-quack!!"

So how long has GE been buttering your bread, Arthur?

regards,
Victor
