I like Dell's catalogs, the company, its computers, and the stock. I wasn't knocking any of the above, I just get too many catalogs and see some places where they might improve upon their already-efficient model. Also, why are you having problems ordering a la carte? Haven't encountered that problem at all. Dell is the only pc company I would -- and do -- buy from, and I have recommended Dell to many friends, family, and clients who have been treated well both before and after their purchase.
