Of course it all depends on the objective. Quick trade or entry point for "a value buy"
Also, we probably need to keep in mind the "bigger picture", in that the market was in a deep sell off from late Aug through the end of Dec with the S&P going from 1510-1290 and the nas from 4200 to 2250.
