I agree. I was just reading that the Valley's energy requirements have grown by 6% per annum throughout the 90's, yet we consume more energy than we produce, and the sj city council just nixed a major power plant. That does seem unfair, to CA residents and as well as those citizens of our nation as a whole....

<Most that live there like the climate so one better be prepared to pay for that climate>
