So right. The mid point is $48k per annum. Taxes over that generate 97% of the money collected. To infuse more money we should cut the 3% by 10% and up the taxes on the other 97%. Glad you flunked second grade math.

What is your estimate about how much every individual year 2000 taxpayer would immediately receive, were the entire $1.6 trillion to be distributed in the manner your propose, somewhere between 10,000 and 20,000?
