Has anyone been paying attention to the new Sybase television ads? They are selling their enterprise portal by suggesting that you need their (Sybase's) software to provide your employees access to "Oracle, Microsoft" and hundreds of other applications. Now that's progress! A company that was once viewed as a major threat to your core (database) business is reduced to trying to enable use of the product that almost put them out of business.

Is it just in political campaigns that you're never supposed to mention the other guy's name?

Adam: Re: My question on LE's 144 filings. Thanks to you and the others for good insights into possible reasons. I've been following ORCL for some time and didn't recall any period where he was selling as many shares. With your comments, it seems reasonable that 10 year options are beginning to expire.
