Its obvious, however, that Intel's transistors can't operate anywhere near the 95 degrees that AMD's can.

More likely an indication that they are overclocking all the P4's, because the IPC sucks so bad.

AMD could hit 1.5GHz if they did the same, but obviously aren't as desperate as Intel.
