The one that will give you 10% a month. Say you invest $1000 and earn $100 a month. You end up with $2200, more than a double. At 10% a month, no rounding and nothing after the decimal, you still end up with $3448.

If you gave him $100 and got $100 a month back it would win but that is not a realistic example.
