Yopu seem to be using the words "Merced" and "IA-64" interchangebly. Merced ain't going nowhere.

Oooops!

Many more "predictions" out there regarding IA64. Someday if it ships maybe it will
get beyond 0% market share. I can't wait: "IA64 the fastest growing server platform
in the world." As it goes from 0% to 2% market share.
