Ted, because there are more of them, and some of them have more of a history of acting irrationally in
international situations world then did the Soviet Union. Even assuming that they are no more likely then the Soviet Union was to attack, just the fact that there are more of them will multiply the possibility of attack

Your argument doesn't add up....Russia is one of the most irrational nations in the world...there have been books written about the peculiar psychology of the Russian bear....and in the 20th Century, Russia was one of the aggressor nations.

The missiles pointing back at North Korea are far more deterrent than some half-assed missile defense system.
