Sy, know you know this....but looked it up anyhow...the BOD is untimately accountable to the shareholders.

Managing for shareholder value. The Board of Directors and Management of a public company are ultimately accountable to the shareholders. Therefore strategic decisions must include enhancing shareholder value, making stock price a factor in management’s deliberations. Certain actions, such as stock buy-backs and stock splits, affect the share price-to-earnings multiple and therefore the shareholder value. All such measures, including decisions directly affecting operations, need to be communicated to the market as well. This is done through an ongoing investor relations program (IR), which manages the relationship between a company and its shareholders.

Has anyone seen ANY reference to Paul Allen, Vulcan Ventures, Bill Savoy in ANY of the INSP "mess".....??? Why isn't the press asking where these folks are? Does Digeo fit in like we were told? What about CHTR, HSA, RCN in relationship to INSP???? Wonder why these questions weren't asked at the CC??
