Immigrants from all over have made great contributions to this country. One does not need to agree with the views of others but IMO where the person is from has little to do with the value of their input. Sure one might think if things are so bad here go back to where you came from but a dissenting view means disagreement with you or me or us and not a statement against this country. Sorry, if my response sounds like a lecture. Don't mean it to be. Just had to trow in my two cents, and that is what my comment is probably worth.

A low blow at best...folks from India have done a boatload for this country and are well respected members of the community...Y2K went as smoothly as it did in part because of the terrific technical folks India employed in the US, same for the terrific doctors, engineers, teachers and scientists...and they, like all immigrants who have come before them, have every right to the same freedoms you and I have enjoyed for all these years...taking a shot at his being Indian was uncalled for and a cheap shot.
