Steve, You are right...there is no rebalancing of JDSU in the S and P 500 today as far as I know...nothing on the s and p website.

That is unusual considering the size of the merger...well it is inevitable..whether it is this week or sometime in late March as part of the quarterly adjustment.

Actually, I am glad they are not doing this now...since it would have meant a severe drop tomorrow.
