JDN:Hopefully we all have learned to be discriminating about what we read/see in the news. As for all of it being history now, I guess it's easy to do that since the outcome went your way. Personally I don't intend to forget the details of exactly what happened, particularly with the Court, and when the time is right I will not be letting my reps forget it either. BTW, whatever happened with the TAVA suit? PM me if you care to.
